Very satisfied with the product. It feels well-built, with quality materials, and it arrived very quickly and well-packaged. It's appreciated that it includes two metal rings with adhesive to attach it to products that don't come with that type of ring. It feels more sturdy than other types of support.

Easy to assemble. magnet very strong. however the hook into the air duct isn't suitable for mitsubishi suv. the hook can't hold on to the air vent grill. so i couldn't make use of it. i think they can improve communication by stating the size of the air vent thickness supported.
